Review work began at

Repair flow

Electronic Interfaces

End User Movement within Rate Center-

There was discussion on this section if it was needed. After discussion it was agreed to leave this section in.

Rules and Regulation

It was decided to note that these were the current exceptions as they could change in the future.

Porting Numbers on Suspended Lines

It was noted that this was different from the original position in the Midwest agreements. It was also noted there was regulatory input in the current procedures.

This section should be moved to end user original.

Verify loop procedures

The document has been reviewed through one time. At this point the group went back to review the areas and sections which were not reviewed in the first pass.

CSR Input and Confirmation

Intervals were discussed at length. At&t uses 2 business days typically. MCI has heard anywhere from 1-8 business days. There was considerable discussion on this subject.

General

Change terms, where the document reads party or parties change to carrier.

The group plans to begin at the front of the document to fine tune the wording, look at placement and see if it flows logically, and care fore remaining action items at the next meeting.
