Dear 847 trial participant:

Due to consensus reached in last Friday’s Pooling Subcommittee meeting regarding the use of contaminated blocks (up to 10% contamination), the attached documents are being re-issued in preparation for the 847 "Pooling" trial.

The first is an Excel spreadsheet for reporting the thousand blocks your company will return to populate the pool. Please populate the spreadsheet with the blocks that will be available to be placed in the pool on April 1, 1998. Please return this information via e-mail or floppy (PC Excel format) no later than end of business on 3/18/98.

The second document is a request for your Company’s thousand block forecast for the next 18 months, by quarter, beginning 2^nd quarter of 98. Please complete and return this document via fax, e-mail or floppy no later than end of business on 3/25/98.

Please note, the pooling administrator realizes the proprietary nature of the requested documents and will maintain its confidentiality as detailed in the "Pooling Administration Guidelines".
