Barry,

I've had a chance to review the Midwest minutes from the last meeting.

I have a couple of comments that I'd like to see included in the minutes.

This was from discussion that occurred after CC#26 and the reseller

issues were discussed (I was out of the room and we revisited), and

I'm not sure if Robin was recording the discussion when it occurred.

Please confirm.

1) Cause code #26 announcement: My understand was the the group agreed

to keep the issue open for one more meeting with the objective of reviewing

possible solutions for treatment. This could then be referred to the

NIIF. Jim Joerger agreed to bring in a contribution. It was noted

that 120 IPM treatment for this event was sub-optimal. There was no

objection to this request.

2) Reseller Issue: MCI stated that they were still performing an internal

review of this issue and would therefore like the issue to be revisited

at the next meeting. There was no objection to this request.
