Meeting Minutes 11/20/97

The workshop met on Thursday, November 20th in Columbus. Following is a brief summary of the key issues discussed and the agreements reached.

NPAC Questions/Comments

The NANC recommendation to place the Cincinnati MSA completely within the Mid-West NPAC region is being forwarded to the FCC.

LLC Update

Nothing to report

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) - Cincinnati MSA

• All carriers in the CNCN MSA need to provide:

1. 1. A list of carriers with whom they want to port/test
   2. The porting numbers/control numbers to be used during testing
   3. A completed copy of the "Number Portability Interconnection Information" sheet

• Items 1 and 2 are due December 15^th to Andy Chalk (fax - 419.774.9569). Item 3 is either due December 15^th to Andy Chalk or simply bring it to the next Workshop on January 6^th, 1998 (additional meeting information located at the end of this document).

  ACTION ITEM: All LRNs for the CNCN MSA should be loaded into the LERG by 12/31/97.

• The following information for the CLEV MSA is not yet required, however all carriers should begin compiling the answers to the following questions.

1. 1. A list of carriers with whom they want to port/test

   3. A completed copy of the "Number Portability Interconnection Information" sheet

GENERAL ITEMS

• ACTION ITEM: All ILECs need to determine the LNP test ready and commercial availability dates for all exchanges that have been selected for phase 2 and phase 3.
