This will be one of the items for discussion on the 8th as we review the updated
issue 1 of the test plan. Please look at what can be consolidated, etc. to be
able to execute these tests in a fairly short period of time. Also, how will we
track the billing consolidation or reimbursement, etc. for these calls. Carmen
can work the issues of getting some of these calls made via the Operator
Services people he works with, but will that cover all of the call types?

Attached is the operator services matrix and the table of contents.
for the test plan.
Each numbered entry on the matrix represents one test page in the
plan. Each page will be able to record up to 4 test calls to cover
the 4 billing conditions and then those calls would have to be
tested from the various classes of service, types of TOPS (with LNP
software and without) and the various networks that access our
LNP/SCP and LIDB. This takes us into the thousands. Obviously this
will have to be consolidated to become more efficient.
For the time being I calculate that there will be 207 test pages for
operator services. That at least will reserve a section for OS.
I am now trying to come up with a universal test call form that will
cover all possible testing scenarios by using a check list type of
format.
