St. Louis MSA Implementation Meeting
(Illinois)
Team, the first Illinois St. Louis MSA Implementation meeting will be held on August 7th at the Lambert Field Marriot hotel, located at I-70 at the Lambert International Airport, St Louis Missouri. The meeting will run from 9 a.m. (Central) until 4 p.m.. As of today, a room number has not been assigned, but if you check at the front desk upon arrival they will direct you to the appropriate room. The room will be open at 8 a.m. for early arrivals and coffee and rolls will be provided.
The following is a tentative agenda open for suggestions, and will not necessarily follow in the order outlined below:
1. Introductions
2. General discussion of what needs to be done, to implement LNP in the Illinois portion of the St. Louis MSA to meet the mandated time frames.
3. Process Flows
4. 911 issues
5. Testing
6. Timeline
8. Next meeting/location
From past experience I believe the above will consume a full day. If the person representing your company would have a passing familiarity with the Process flow document, 911 NENA document, and the FCC trial test document, as well as a basic understanding of LNP, it will definitely facilitate the discussions. If you need access to the documents as well as an LNP primer, they are available on the internet at <http://www.ported.com/>.
Please make every effort to have a representative available at this meeting if you are involved in the Illinois portion of the St. Louis MSA implementation.
If you have any questions regarding this meeting, please feel free to contact me.
Thank You
