Phase IV Test Ready Schedule

CLECs represented at the workshop indicated that they had no desire to test the Dayton LATA with Ameritech during the CNCN MSA (Phase II) test window.

CLECs represented at the workshop indicated that they had no desire to test the Dayton LATA with GTE during the CNCN MSA (Phase II) test window.

The test schedule for Phase IV will be determined on an "as required" basis. It is expected that most carriers will have tested with each other at least once by this point in the process. However, a schedule for any new entrant requiring testing will be generated as the need arises.

FORMS

A copy of the Number Portability Interconnection Information form was passed out to each participant. The PUCO has requested that they receive a copy of all forms sent between carriers. This will allow the PUCO to somewhat monitor the progress of testing by learning who is talking and who is not talking with one another.

Action Items for Workshop Participants:

ILEC Action Item: Provide "Ready to Port" dates for all selected switches at next workshop meeting

CLEC Action Item: Identify who you wish to test/port with and the test cases to be completed

Action Items for all participants: Each company should continue to research the following items and be prepared to provide at a future meeting:

1. Identify the LRN assigned to each test town switch

2. Identify and reserve a block of five to ten test numbers that will be used for porting tests and for control numbers

3. Identify the LNP testing single point of contact for each test town

4. Identify to whom the LSRs are to be sent

5. Determine which tests are desired to be conducted

6. Report NPAC testing status (for those not already certified)
